Whether you're looking to develop your skills, take on new challenges, or make a meaningful impact, Gamma is the place to do it.\nWhat is the role responsible for?\nReporting to the Head of Product & Voice Ops, you will lead our NOC team to ensure the stability & performance of our Core Platform/Network infrastructure.\nYour primary focus is driving day-to-day incident response. You will guide the team in reacting to incidents from our BigPanda AIOps platform, working closely with engineering teams to resolve issues quickly. When major critical incidents occur, you will take charge of setting up and running incident bridges to manage Major Service Outages (MSOs).\nBeyond day-to-day triage, you will drive operational efficiency. You will participate in a closed-loop feedback process to constantly improve our AIOps monitoring platform and regularly review NOC activities to find and automate manual tasks.\nWhat will you be doing day-to-day?\nHere are a few examples of what you could be involved with:\nOversee the wider NOC team to monitor overall stability & and availability of our Core Platform/Network infrastructure.\nLead major incident response and resolution, minimising downtime and impact on users. Including involvement and ownership of PIR actions. \nIdentify opportunities to automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.\nManage a team of NOC Engineers spread across 4 shifts.\nDevelop personal and team growth strategies for the wider NOC Engineering team. \nOversee the integration of new product & operational support functions into the wider NOC Engineering team. \nReport against NOC performance & articulate to Senior Management \nWork closely with development, engineering, and other teams to ensure platform alignment with our BigPanda AIOps platform.\nUtilising NOC reporting data to identify and implement strategies to improve service quality by enhancing current maintenance and troubleshooting processes.
