Development & Delivery :\n\n- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.\n\n- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.\n\n- Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness.\n\n2. Client Interaction :\n\n- Understand client requirements, provide technical solutions, and translate them into actionable development tasks.\n\n- Participate in client meetings, demos, and status updates.\n\n- Act as the technical point of contact for assigned projects.\n\n3. Team Handling & Collaboration :\n\n- Mentor and guide junior developers, review their code, and ensure adherence to standards.\n\n- Coordinate with designers, QA, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects.\n\n- Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking for the team.\n\n4.
