If you want to work on hard problems with a small team that ships, this is the place.\nThe Role\nAs a founding full-stack engineer, you’ll own the application layer of our platform - from observability and permissions to the control plane and user-facing dashboards that make our agent infrastructure usable and delightful. You’ll work across the stack, turning complex systems into simple, powerful tools for developers.\nYou will:\nBuild the agent interface that non-technical users interact with daily, where they assign tasks, watch agents work, and review results.\n\nDesign and implement the backend systems that orchestrate agent sessions, enforce permissions and guardrails, and capture activity logs.\n\nLead architecture decisions around system design, scalability, and reliability.\n\nLead & influence product decisions.\n\nWork directly with early customers to understand pain points and shape our roadmap.\n\nOwn features end to end - from concept through design, implementation, launch, and iteration.\n\nThis role is in-office, 5 days/week, based in San Francisco.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe’re looking for product-minded engineers who love building polished, high-leverage infrastructure and tools.
