The Role We’re looking for a founding Office Manager / Ops Generalist to build the backbone of our day-to-day operations. You will: Own the office & facilities: set up and maintain the workspace, manage vendors (IT, cleaning, snacks, security/badges, supplies), and keep everything running smoothly. Run people ops workflows: coordinate onboarding/offboarding (I-9/paperwork, accounts, equipment), benefits and payroll changes in our HRIS, and maintain company policies and handbooks.
