experience\n\nStrong expertise in Go and deep understanding of concurrency and performance\n\nExperience working with high-load distributed systems\n\nExperience with PostgreSQL, including complex transactions and optimization\n\nExperience with Redis and message brokers (RabbitMQ or similar)\n\nStrong understanding of ACID principles and data consistency\n\nExperience working with legacy systems and refactoring is a strong advantage\n\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment\n\nNice to Have\n\nDomain experience in iGaming (slot engine mechanics, math models, RTP calculations, or payout logic).\n\nPrior experience executing tech stack migrations (e.g., Node.js to Go).\n\nFamiliarity with ClickHouse, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and AWS infrastructure.\n\nTech
