The role highlights a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional quality and results on every project.\nIn this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:\nConducts and documents project meetings with clients. \nPrepares and monitors project schedules. \nPerforms periodic construction observation and inspection checks. \nPossesses basic surveying interpretation skills. \nPrepares reports and correspondence. \nPrepares and checks quantities for measurement and payment purposes. \nPrepares construction payment applications. \nNegotiates and prepares construction change orders. \nReviews submittals and other technical data. \nProficient with construction management software for document management and scheduling. \nPerforms constructability reviews and value engineering studies. \nAssists with Risk Management assessments. \nPrepares and monitors Quality Control and Assurance Plans. \nOccasional Travel to and from project sites is expected. \nWhat you will bring to our firm:\nBS in Engineering or Construction Management preferred. \nExperience working with NCDOT is strongly preferred. \n10+ years of experience. \nProficiency in Procore or similar CM software preferred but not required \n10-hour OSHA Safety course. \nProficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and SharePoint Environment \nGood oral and written communication skills. \nMust possess a driver’s license to fulfill the essential functions of the position. \nCompensation: The salary range for this role is $95,500 - $145,500.
