The role highlights a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional quality and results on every project.\nIn this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:\nIndependently manage assigned projects in accordance with established project management and Quality Management System requirements, proactively identifying and completing required project management activities.\nOversee project scope, schedule, budget, client relationships, and team coordination.\nLead and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas and detailed meeting minutes.\nReview and validate project deliverables for completeness and compliance.\nDirect cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, technical leads, and SMEs.\nDevelop and distribute regular status reports.\nMonitor project performance and track against timelines and budgets.\nMaintain logs for action items, issues, and risks.\nUnderstand, apply, and ensure compliance with established project management and Quality Management System processes and standards.\nResolve project-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and clients.\nContribute to drafting task orders, proposal development, and business development.\nWhat you bring to our firm:\nBachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S., or equivalent).\nMinimum of 6 years of progressive project management experience, including demonstrated experience managing software development and/or application implementation projects, preferably in consulting or professional services. Candidates with significant experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects may be considered at a Senior Project Manager level.\nCurrent PMP certification or demonstrated progress toward obtaining PMP certification with a defined plan for completion.\nDemonstrated ability to independently manage project responsibilities, prioritize required activities, and proactively identify and address project needs.\nStrong ability to engage with personnel at all organizational levels.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\nUnderstanding of software development and application delivery processes.\nWhat we prefer you bring:\nExperience with state or local government, particularly in transportation .\nFamiliarity with GIS and geospatial technology.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects.\nExperience managing software projects using Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.\nCertified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or other Agile certification.\nCompensation:\nThe Salary range for this position is $105,000-$160,000.
