Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Bauantragsunterlagen
  • Insbesondere Erstellung von Zeichnungen für Einfamilienhäuser
  • Weiterhin Zeichnung von Wohnhäusern, kleineren Gewerbebauten und Mehrfamilienhäuser
  • Erstellen der Bauzeichnungen mit CAD System
  • Erstellung von Bauvorlagen, Ausführungszeichnungen, Werkplanungen in Abstimmung mit dem jeweiligen Projektleiter
  • Antragstellung von Hausanschlüssen und Abstimmung mit den Gewerken
  • Erstellung der Werkplanung für den Rohbau
  • Gelegentliche Abstimmungen mit den Bauherren und Bestellungen von Baumaterial

Qualifikation

  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Bereich Einfamilienhäuser
  • Sie haben gute Kenntnisse bei Bauanträgen und Bauzeichnungen, sowie bei Verblendungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software, z.B. AutoCAD o.ä. sowie Microsoft Office
