This role is perfect for someone who’s sharp, adaptable, curious, and comfortable jumping in wherever support is needed.\nYour Role\nAs a Production Apprentice, you will serve as a flexible support role across production functions including Assembly, Quality Control, Packing, Staging, Finishing, and Print support. You will be assigned tasks based on daily production needs and priorities and may shift between functions throughout the day.\nThis role is ideal for someone early in their manufacturing career who wants broad exposure to production operations and a strong foundation in modern manufacturing workflows.\nUpon successful completion of your 90-day evaluation, you will transition from P1 to P2 level, and your base pay will increase from $20 to $22 per hour.\nShift and Schedule\nRegular schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-10:00pm\nTraining schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, for the initial training period.\nMandatory overtime may be required to support production needs, staff shortages, or unexpected increases in workload.\nCore Duties & Responsibilities\nSupport Assembly, QC, Packing, Staging, Finishing, and Print teams as assigned\nSupport Finishing team by preparing parts for sanding and paint\nAssist with assembly tasks following work instructions and SOPs\nPerform visual inspections and quality checks\nPack lighting products accurately and efficiently\nBuild boxes, inserts, and packing materials for various product types\nStage parts, materials, and finished goods for the next production step\nAssist with print harvesting, respooling, and material handling as needed\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area\nCommunicate issues, shortages, or blockers to
