Interns will support this campaign by identifying relevant companies and decision-makers, building targeted prospect databases for business-development activities, and assisting with social media marketing efforts to support outreach and brand visibility.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct data mining and extraction from various sources to build and maintain high-quality email databases\nConduct additional online research when required to identify and validate prospects.\nOrganize and submit mined data according to the team's required format.\nAssist with social media marketing tasks, including content support, posting, and engagement activities to promote campaign initiatives.\nFollow campaign-specific instructions and maintain accuracy and consistency in all assigned work.\nClean, validate, and organize datasheet to ensure accuracy and usability\nCommunicate questions or issues to the Team Lead/Manager when clarification is needed.\nMeet assigned productivity and quality targets.\nCurrent Campaign – Aperture Ventures\nThe current assignment focuses on supporting the Aperture Ventures campaign.\nInterns will gain practical experience in researching target markets, identifying potential businesses, help building prospect databases, supporting B2B business-development activities, and contributing to social media marketing efforts tied to the campaign.\nLearning & Development\nWe believe an internship should be about learning as well as contributing.\nSkills\nDuring the internship, we arrange learning-based activities, training sessions, and practical exercises designed to help interns develop new skills and gain exposure to:\nB2B sales and business development\nLead generation and prospecting\nSocial media marketing\nEmail marketing tools and techniques\nData management practices and duplication-identification methods\nProfessional communication\nSales and prospecting tools\nStartup and business-development practices\nTools Used\nInterns May Work With\nApollo – Prospecting, contact research, filtering, and data mining\nGoogle Sheets / Microsoft Excel – Data organization and submission\nGoogle Search / Web Research – Additional prospect and company research\nSocial Media Platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X) – Content support and marketing activities\nRequirements\nOther tools may be introduced based on campaign requirements.\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field\nBasic knowledge of data mining, or database management\nFamiliarity with applications such as Excel, Google Sheets\nInterest in or basic familiarity with social media marketing and email marketing tools\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood written and verbal communication
