Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably within a Manufacturing environment
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources | Industrial Psychology | Labour Relations or a related field required
  • Proficient in MS Office essential
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation | including the BCEA | LRA | EEA | SDA and related regulations will be beneficial
  • Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
  • Contactable references and payslips required
Salary Structure:
  • Basic negotiable based on experience
