With an in-depth understanding of our business you will generate new ideas to drive your depot forwards and be at the forefront of customer interaction.\nAbout You\nSuccessful applicants should demonstrate the following:\nPrevious experience in a managerial or operational role, preferably gained within the hire industry\nExperience within Ground Shoring or Temporary works is highly desirable\nProven leadership skills with the ability to develop a high-performing team who can deliver results and exceed customer's expectations\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify and provide solutions for potential challenges within the workplace\nProficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word\nA full UK driving licence\nAbout Us\nGAP Hire Solutions now has 11 divisions offering the hire of equipment throughout the UK.
