This includes a large range of hoses, settlement tanks and water processing solutions.\nAs a Multi Skilled Engineer you will be based on site at one of major account customers in Peterhead. You will be responsible for overseeing all GAP equipment across the site, including water treatment systems, pumps, generators and plant.\nYou will be responsible for carrying out routine service and maintenance, including safety checks, as well as attending breakdowns across the site. You will identify and repair any faults or damage to all equipment whilst accurately updating service records.\n**Please note, this role is a site based position near Peterhead and so candidates should be suitably located. However, we would also consider those willing to relocate to the area.\nAbout You\nSuccessful applicants should demonstrate the following:\nProven experience as a mechanical engineer, fitter or diesel technician \nSound and current knowledge of diesel engines, pumps, hoses, water treatment systems or generators is highly desirable \nExperience within the plant or hire industry would be highly beneficial\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work effectively under pressure\nA customer-focussed approach workload and committed team player\nA valid driving licence is essential.\nAbout Us\nFrom one division, GAP Hire Solutions now has 10 divisions offering the hire of equipment throughout the UK.
