retail environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the execution of VP+ searches across the enterprise, partnering with\nsenior recruiters and business leaders to deliver high-quality outcomes.\nConduct market research, talent mapping, and sourcing to build diverse,\nfuture-focused leadership pipelines.\nManage key stages of the executive recruitment process, including candidate\noutreach, screening, scheduling, assessments, and coordination of interviews.\nBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand role\nrequirements, business priorities, and leadership expectations.\nProvide timely updates, insights, and reporting to recruiters and hiring leaders\nthroughout the search process.\nMaintain accurate and organized candidate data, ensuring compliance and\nconsistency across all executive searches.\nSupport the development of search materials, including position profiles, market summaries, and candidate briefs.\nCultivate and maintain an inclusive network of executive talent, proactively\nengaging passive candidates aligned with Gap Inc.’s values and leadership capabilities.\nAssist in delivering metrics, dashboards, and search summaries that help leaders make informed talent decisions.\nRepresent the Executive Search team with professionalism and strong\ncommunication, contributing to a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.\nWho You Are\nExperience supporting executive search or senior-level recruitment, ideally within a complex or matrixed organization.\nStrong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage VP+ talent across multiple functions and industries.\nAbility to translate business needs into effective search strategies and candidate profiles.\nDemonstrated track record to building diverse pipelines and supporting inclusive hiring practices.\nFamiliarity with executive sourcing methodologies, market research, and\ncompetitive talent landscapes.\nExceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to\npartner effectively with senior stakeholders.\nExperience managing multiple searches or projects simultaneously in a\nfast-paced environment.\nStrong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to build polished\nexecutive-level decks and talent market presentations.\nComfort leveraging and adapting AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing,
