For nearly 50 years, we've helped leaders articulate and fulfill the boldest possible future for their business, creating breakthrough outcomes and aligning organizational actions to make that future a reality.\nOur work spans 65 countries and has reached more than 50,000 executives across 1,500 organizations, from Fortune 1000 companies to entrepreneurs.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPartner with senior leadership to transform a bold vision into a compelling digital experience, defining the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and path to impact.\nMove rapidly from ideas to prototypes, testing, learning, MVP development, and launch, creating momentum while reducing uncertainty.\nDesign experiences that make Gap International's thinking, methodologies, and capabilities accessible on demand, while preserving the depth and power of their impact.\nTranslate decades of proven intellectual property and practices into digital experiences that drive meaningful action, growth, and results for executives.\nCreate experiences that executives return to repeatedly by deepening engagement, expanding capability, and delivering ongoing value over time.\nLead across experience design, technology, content, customer engagement, data, and external partners to create one coherent and differentiated experience.\nDrive decisions and outcomes, establish priorities, make trade-offs, remove obstacles, and maintain focus on the choices that create the greatest value for users and the business.\nQUALIFICATIONS\n10+ years of experience in product leadership, digital experience, innovation, platform development, or a related field, with a track record of turning ambitious ideas into successful products and experiences.\nBachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, technology, design, psychology, organizational development, or a related field is preferred.\nProven experience leading 0-to-1 product development, including concept creation, prototyping, user research, testing, MVP development, launch, and ongoing evolution.\nDemonstrates ability to translate complex expertise, intellectual property, or content into engaging digital experiences that drive meaningful user outcomes.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and external partners across product, design, technology, content, customer engagement, and business functions.\nStrong understanding of digital engagement, personalization, customer experience, platform strategy, and emerging AI-enabled experiences.\nExceptional strategic thinking, product judgment, and decision-making skills, with the ability to create clarity, momentum, and alignment in highly ambiguous environments.\nExperience working closely with senior leaders to shape and evolve products that deliver measurable impact.\nWHY THIS ROLE\nThis is not an established product waiting to be managed.
