This is not a traditional graphic design role. You will partner with Marketing and the Creative Director to translate the new identity into a scalable design system that shapes how the brand appears across presentations, thought leadership, reports, social media, events, digital communications, internal communications, and client-facing materials. The focus is not simply creating deliverables, but building the templates, standards, assets, and systems that enable consistent, sustainable brand application across every touchpoint.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead Brand Implementation: Translate and implement the new visual identity across key internal and external channels, assessing existing materials, evolving standards, and ensuring consistent application of the brand.\nBuild Brand Systems & Templates: Create scalable templates, reusable design components, and visual standards that support consistency across presentations, reports, digital content, social media, events, and communications.\nDesign & Execute: Produce high-quality design work across print, digital, presentation, social, and event materials while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.\nDevelop Visual Assets: Build and manage the brand's visual asset library, define imagery and graphic standards, and create supporting motion graphics and multimedia assets.\nCreate Long-Term Sustainability: Establish the documentation, governance, asset libraries, and processes needed to ensure the brand can be effectively maintained and extended over time.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired\n7+ years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating brand implementation across multiple touchpoints.\nExpertise in typography, layout, composition, and information design.\nExperience developing design systems, templates, standards, and reusable frameworks.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).\nAdvanced PowerPoint design and template-building experience.\nAdvanced knowledge of Figma.\nAbility to balance strategy, creativity, and production execution.\nStrong organization, project management, and attention to detail.\nSubmission of a portfolio demonstrating design expertise and versatility across channels and formats.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting a rebrand or visual identity rollout.\nExperience in consulting, professional services, B2B, technology, executive education, or corporate communications.\nMotion graphics experience.\nExperience managing digital asset libraries.\nExperience working with executive audiences.\nExperience building systems for both designers and non-designers.\nIdeal Candidate\nYou are a systems thinker who enjoys building solutions that scale, combining strategic thinking with hands-on design execution.
