This role requires strong retail process knowledge, project management and analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.What You'll Do\nManage end-to-end tests; including managing the intake process, pulling together cross-functional partners, managing the operational plan and sharing out results.\nBuild strong cross-functional relationships to ensure well executed tests.\nFurther standardize testing frameworks to enable repeatable, scalable execution.\nHelp summarize executive-level readouts and reporting to support broader strategy.\nComfortable building and managing standardized reporting\nWho You Are\nStrong understanding of Merchandising, Planning and/or Production.\nExperience managing several complex projects at a time from end-to-end.\nExtremely organized and able to manage multiple workflows across cross-functional teams.\nProven success supporting complex projects across disparate teams, with strong listening skills and the ability to influence without authority.\nAnalytical, curious, resilient and able to strategically pivot.\n3-5+ years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, testing, strategy, or a related field preferred.\nBA/BS degree preferred, with an emphasis on merchandising, statistics, supply chain, or a related field.\nStrong understanding of testing methodologies and statistics.\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred.\nExperience working with testing software, including APT, preferred.
