The position will also provide both project-level and portfolio-wide financial visibility across all concurrent projects.\nKey Responsibilities / Accountabilities\nTrack project costs in real time as they are incurred, rather than waiting until project completion.\nMonitor actual, committed, and forecast costs against approved project budgets.\nIdentify cost overruns, budget variances, and margin erosion at an early stage.\nMonitor cost-to-complete and provide early indications of potential project losses.\nProvide Project Managers with timely financial information to support corrective decisions.\nMonitor the profitability and performance of each project individually while providing management with a consolidated view of the entire project portfolio.\nStrengthen accountability by ensuring project teams understand the financial impact of their decisions.\nReduce the risk of discovering significant project losses only at handover.\nMaintain and update product/project costing and standard costs for each project.\nCapture and analyse material, labour, installation, procurement, and overhead costs.\nLead month-end cost reconciliations, journals, COGS, and cost reporting.\nPrepare monthly cost, profitability, and management reports.\nWork closely with Procurement, Operations, and Projects teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.\nMaintain accurate costing data within the ERP/accounting system.\nSupport internal and external audits and maintain effective financial controls.\nPerform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.\nQualifications, Experience & Skills\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.\nCPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification, or demonstrable progress towards one, is a must.\nMinimum of 2 years' relevant experience in cost accounting or project cost management.\nExperience in project/product costing, inventory reconciliation, cost allocation, variance analysis, and margin monitoring.\nExperience working collaboratively with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Project teams to control costs and improve profitability.\nExperience working across multiple concurrent projects is highly desirable.\nPrior exposure to the technology sector will be an added advantage.\nProficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.\nExperience with Zoho is an added advantage.\nExcellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.\nStrong variance analysis and root-cause investigation skills.\nAbility to translate financial data into practical and actionable business insights.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nStrong ownership and accountability.\nAbility to work independently and meet strict deadlines.\nHow to Apply\nInterested candidates should submit their CV via Gap Recruitment Services Website.\nApplication Deadline: 22nd October 2026\nGAP Recruitment does not charge candidates at any stage.
