They are looking for a motivated Procurement Intern to join their team and gain practical, hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain operations.\nJob Summary\nThe Procurement Intern will support the procurement team in the day-to-day sourcing, purchasing and supplier management activities of the organisation. This is an opportunity for a recent graduate to build practical experience in procurement processes, documentation and supplier engagement, with the possibility of absorption into a permanent role based on performance at the end of the 6-month internship.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the procurement team in sourcing goods and services from suppliers\nPrepare and process purchase requisitions, quotations and local purchase orders\nObtain and compare supplier quotations and assist with supplier evaluation\nMaintain accurate procurement records, files and supplier databases\nFollow up with suppliers on deliveries, pricing and outstanding orders\nLiaise with user departments and the stores team on procurement needs and deliveries\nAssist with tracking inventory levels and raising requests for replenishment\nProvide general administrative support to the procurement department\nUndertake any other duties as may be assigned by the Procurement Manager\nRequirements\nDiploma or degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field\nRecent graduates are encouraged to apply\nBasic knowledge of procurement processes and documentation\nProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word\nGood communication and negotiation skills\nStrong organisational and time-management skills\nAttention to detail and a high level of
