Work remotely or from our Helsinki HQ (Kalasatama). What matters is impact and ownership, not how much you visit the office.\nGrowth: You can grow deeper into Google Cloud expertise, expand toward broader consulting and customer ownership, or contribute to how Gapps builds more scalable, productised cloud services.\nTeam: You’ll work closely with other cloud experts, consultants, and customer teams. This is not a lone-wolf setup - you’ll have strong sparring support and shared ownership.\nCompensation: Salary range 48 000-72 000 € / year depending on your experience and seniority. Your job is to make sure Google Cloud environments are not only technically sound but also usable, secure, and aligned with how the organisation works today.\nRead more about our customers>>\nYour work typically includes:\nDesigning and developing Google Cloud environments\n\nSupporting migrations and building new cloud setups\n\nImproving existing environments (security, cost, performance, governance)\n\nWorking with customers to understand needs and translate them into solutions\n\nCollaborating with other experts to deliver working solutions, not just plans\n\nActing as a trusted expert who helps customers make clear decisions\n\nYou don’t need to be the deepest specialist in every situation, but you do need to understand the possibilities, limitations, and consequences well enough to co-create the right solution with the team.\nWhat a typical week looks like\nThere’s no single “average day”, but most weeks include a mix of:\nCustomer meetings and workshops (remote and occasionally on-site)\n\nProject work: architecture, implementation, development\n\nInternal collaboration with project managers, solution engineers, and other consultants\n\nHands-on work such as documentation, onboarding materials, training content, or environment reviews\n\nProblem-solving when reality doesn’t match the original plan (because it rarely does)\n\nSome projects are intense and complex. Others are smaller and more contained.
