We’re moving fast, growing quickly, and just getting started.\nAbout the role\nYou’ll join a small team working directly with the founders on a platform with real-world impact. We obsess over user experience and ship products end-to-end. You’ll have the opportunity to make a direct, meaningful impact, shaping product strategy and building systems that move essential equipment and vehicles to communities across 50 states.\nBuild and own core systems across our marketplace and operations stack.\n\nAutomate complex workflows spanning payments, logistics, compliance, and financing.\n\nDesign APIs, data models, and services that move real assets at scale.\n\nWork closely with product and operations to ship quickly and reliably.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nYou think in systems, not tickets.\n\nYou get excited by operating in a high-performance startup environment.\n\nYou would love to be customer-facing.\n\nYou play for the front of the jersey, having strong opinions, a willingness to question the status quo, and a drive to become a real expert in whatever space you work in. All while being a great team communicator.\n\nRequired\nStrong portfolio or GitHub showcasing full-stack expertise.\n\nProficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend and backend frameworks.\n\nExperience designing and working with scalable databases and APIs.\n\nNice to have\nStartup experience as a technical co-founder or early engineer at a Series A/B/C startup.\n\n4+ years of experience.\n\nOur values\nGrowth oriented.
