This is an exciting position offering the chance to ship real code to the production trading, risk, and operations systems that our traders and analysts use every day at a global hedge fund.\nWhat You Will Work On\nOur team builds and supports the systems around our fixed income business. Recent work includes:\nTrade booking, FIX connectivity, market data loaders, and trade blotters\nReal-time and historical position and P&L services, plus risk reporting\nWeb front ends for traders, such as live data grids and charts built with React and TypeScript\ngRPC services on modern .NET, backed by SQL databases\nInternal business applications built with AI-assisted development tools\n Position Responsibilities\nAid in the development of new features and fixes for our trading and operations applications, primarily using C#, .NET, and SQL\nSupport senior staff in designing, building, and testing complete solutions for our consumers\nWrite automated tests and take part in code reviews\nContribute to web UI work (TypeScript/React) and automation or analysis scripts (Python) as project needs arise\nProvide support for in-house and 3rd party applications, including investigating production issues\n Qualifications & Desired Skills\nPursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Quantitative Finance\nWorking knowledge of at least one statically typed, object-oriented language (C#, Java, or C++); C#/.NET experience is a plus\nGood grasp of computer science fundamentals (e.g. data structures, algorithms, operating systems etc.)\nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases\nFamiliarity with the Python ecosystem;
