Working closely with international customers, partners, and internal product and R&D teams, you will help bring robotics solutions from technical evaluation and proof of concept (PoC) through on-site commissioning and successful delivery.\nThe ideal candidate combines hands-on robotics experience, practical programming skills, strong troubleshooting ability, and clear technical communication in English. This is an application-oriented role focused on implementation and customer success rather than pure algorithm research.\nKey Responsibilities· Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for mobile robot bases, LiDAR products, and SLAM navigation solutions to overseas customers and system integrators.\n· Perform on-site mapping, localization and navigation configuration, path-planning validation, parameter tuning, and troubleshooting of navigation or localization issues.\n· Support customer integration of robot SDKs/APIs and SLAM systems; deliver interface adaptations, lightweight feature customization, and secondary development as needed.\n· Partner with sales and product teams on technical consultations, product demonstrations, PoC testing, solution validation, and project delivery.\n· Assist customers with integration of robots, sensors, peripheral devices, and higher-level software systems; diagnose communication, interface, and runtime issues.\n· Prepare clear English-language deployment guides, technical documentation, training materials, application notes, and issue investigation reports.\n· Act as a technical bridge between international customers and internal R&D/product teams; reproduce issues, provide actionable feedback, and drive resolution through closure.\nRequired Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics, Automation, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.\n· Hands-on experience in robotics applications, technical support, systems integration, or deployment, ideally with mobile robots or intelligent devices.\n· Proficiency in Linux/Ubuntu environments and practical experience with ROS and/or ROS 2 development, debugging, or systems integration.\n· Working knowledge of SLAM, localization, navigation, path planning, and common robotics sensors such as LiDAR, IMUs, and wheel odometry.\n· Ability to program in C/C++and/or Python for API integration, debugging, log analysis, and basic feature customization.\n· Familiarity with common communication interfaces and protocols, including TCP/IP, serial, CAN, and MQTT.\n· Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to communicate with internal stakeholders from HQ in China and international customers.\n· Ability to work independently, troubleshoot systematically, collaborate across cultures, and travel to customer sites when required.\nPreferred Qualifications· Experience delivering mobile robot, AGV/AMR, or service robot projects in customer environments.\n· Experience with LiDAR SLAM,visual SLAM, multi-sensor fusion, or navigation algorithm tuning.\n· Familiarity with Nav2, SLAM Toolbox, Cartographer, AMCL, or comparable open-source robotics frameworks.\n· Experience with robot SDK/API development, third-party system integration, motion control, sensor calibration, or coordinate transformations.\n· Previous experience supporting international customers or collaborating with distributed engineering teams;
