We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Software Testing Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality reliable software products. In this role you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans identifying bugs and ensuring the overall functionality performance and stability of our web and mobile applications.\nYou will work closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective testing strategies. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills a solid understanding of testing methodologies and a keen eye for spotting inconsistencies helping us deliver seamless and bug-free user experiences.\n\nResponsibilities\nOwn the design development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts\n\nDefine and lead testing strategies across functional integration performance and UAT testing\n\nDevelop and enhance robust automation frameworks using Selenium Cypress TestNG or similar tools\n\nDrive test coverage across CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve QA processes\n\nPerform in-depth root cause analysis and present insights with actionable feedback\n\nCollaborate closely with development DevOps and product teams to ensure high software quality and testability\n\nParticipate in code/design reviews and proactively identify risks and quality gaps\n\nMentor junior team members and help shape the QA culture and best practices \n\nMaintain quality dashboards and report on test metrics and product risks\n\nRequirementsBachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field\n\n5 years of experience in QA with deep knowledge of both manual and automated testing\n\nStrong programming/scripting skills (Python JavaScript or equivalent)\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Agile SDLC and QA methodologies\n\nProven experience with CI/CD integration using tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI\n\nExpertise in automation frameworks performance testing and test strategy design\n\nExcellent leadership communication and collaboration
