accuracy, customer satisfaction, and collections.\nContribute to AOP, STRAP, and MRR processes.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nCoordinate with Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to achieve customer and company objectives.\nSupport successful program launches and ongoing production programs.\nLead resolution of commercial, quality, delivery, and customer issues.\nEnsure alignment between customer requirements and internal execution.\nStrategic Development\nIdentify market trends, customer needs, and future business opportunities.\nSupport promotion of Garrett's advanced technologies including FCC, ePWT, ECC and CV & Industrial Solutions.\nDevelop account growth plans and support long-term strategic initiatives.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.\n5+ years of Automotive Sales, Account Management, or Business Development experience.\nStrong customer
