Legislation and Corporate policy\nActs as a liaison & coordinate any Regulatory, Governmental or Corporate site visits and coordinate corrective actions\nMaintains the education, awareness & behavior of the workforce in relation to Health, Safety & Environmental matters\nSupports development and implementation of educational campaigns and initiative to ensure that Garrett workforce, contractors, visitors, etc…understand and comply with diverse types of HS&E related requirements\nDeputies for HSE&Facility Manager in matters relating to HSE as required\nIdentifying and providing the HS&E related training needs and when requested develop and deliver the appropriate training courses as certified HSE trainer\nPerforming induction HSE and fire prevention trainings\nParticipating on HSE risk assessment according internal rules (including risk assessment of new projects, machine HSE pre-acceptance and HSE acceptance with providing support to engineers responsible for project delivery in line with Corporate and local legislation)\nObserves the obligations and duties resulting from the management systems in production, quality, HS&E areas and other external and internal standards and regulations\nObserves work rules and internal HS&E guidelines in the current wording\nUsing and improving data collecting system for effective HSE reporting system\nProviding support / mentoring and knowledge sharing within HSE and facility
