Our solutions support light and commercial vehicles (on- and off-highway), as well as marine and industrial applications, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and power generation.\nJoin our team as an OES Business Development Intern Data Analyst!\nBusiness Development Data Analyst Intern has the responsibility for searching, gathering, analyzing and understanding various sales trends by customers, region, product vertical, pricing & margin evolution. Data Analyst Intern processes large datasets, creates data analysis, makes data summaries, builds reports, pivots tables, dashboards, graphs and visualizations to supporting the OES Business Development Manager with necessary data basis for making valid conclusions and taking decisions.\nWhat You'll Do:\nCollect, consolidate, and structure data from various systems, platforms, and sources such as SAP, Power BI, Salesforce, sales plans, price lists, online product catalogues, and other business tools.\nOrganize and analyze data using Excel, Pivot Tables, filters, and other reporting methods to generate meaningful insights.\nPrepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports, ensuring data is accurate, concise, and easy to interpret.\nMaintain and update databases and reporting tools to support business decision-making.\nCreate presentations, dashboards, data summaries, charts, and other visualization materials to support Business Development initiatives.\nDevelop clear and impactful visual representations of data that facilitate understanding and decision-making.\nAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, opportunities, gaps, and variances.\nHighlight key revenue, margin, and volume contributors, as well as areas requiring attention across customers, regions, product lines, and market segments.\nSupport stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.\nWhat We Need:\nBachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing a degree (final years preferred) in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or Information Management.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nStrong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, customer analysis, or similar analytical activities.\nAbility to gather, interpret, and draw meaningful conclusions from large, complex, and sometimes ambiguous datasets.\nExperience identifying patterns, trends, and actionable insights to support business decisions.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data manipulation, filtering, and Pivot Tables.\nAbility to work with multiple data sources and databases to conduct analyses and generate insights.\nPowerPoint presentation skills are considered an advantage.\nPrevious SAP experience is
