You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers worldwide, contributing to cost reduction initiatives, supplier performance improvement, new product introductions, and value engineering activities. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on business competitiveness while working in a dynamic international environment.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDrive cost reduction initiatives and support the execution of procurement productivity objectives.\nSupport commodity strategies and ensure alignment with GBE sourcing objectives.\nLead supplier selection activities for New Product Introduction (NPI), Value Engineering (VE), and resourcing projects.\nMonitor supplier performance, identify improvement opportunities, and follow up on action plans.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement value engineering opportunities.\nManage procurement activities related to post-SOP engineering changes and support ongoing production needs.\nCollect and analyze supplier capacity data to support business continuity and operational planning.\nResolve supplier-related issues involving logistics, capacity, quality, and delivery performance.\nSupport chargeback validation and supplier recovery activities when applicable.\nContribute to trade compliance, sustainability, and supplier-related reporting initiatives.\nWork closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.\nWhat We Need:\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or a similar function.\nExperience with supplier management and supplier negotiations.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to demonstrate ownership, transparency, and accountability.\nResilience and adaptability when managing multiple priorities.\nAutomotive industry or technical industry experience is considered an advantage.\nTechnical background is considered a
