suppliers with requests to repair / upgrade / line improvements\n\nMonitor and process production line process data\n\nCrosshomologization of products\n\nSupport new product implementation into serial production\n\nLine set up for new components at existing products\n\nExecute FMEA, PPAP, propose and execute Kaizen ideas and Kaizen events\n\nCooperate on corrective measures based on customer claims\n\nLead of improvements of machines and take care of its\n\nResponsible to maintain process capability and equipment gage R&R in conjunction with Process QA.\n\nTraining and development of the Process technicians and the operators\n\nTraining and development of the Quality inspectors and the operators\n\nTraining and development of the Maintenance technicians and the operators\n\nCost guarding (consumable parts, OPEX, CAPEX...)\n\nProduction cost reduction via A3/KE/6sigma\n\nParticipate in safety incidents investigation, observes work rules, be predictive\n\nDaily safety audit, Check and update findings from audits, safety control\n\nAchieve production KPI to deliver product to customer\n\nCoordination of corrective maintenance following timing and procedure\n\nCooperate on Occupational risk assesment, Ergonomy evaluation\n\nPrepare & complete Performance self-assessment, Mid Year self-ssessment, Goal Setting\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nsecondary technical school\n\nexperience in production plant in similar position for 2 years min.\n\nknowledge of machining CNC equipment and assembly of products, PLC / PC programming (preferred) in APU1 only\n\nKnowledge of geometric dimensioning & tolerance and other drawing conventions\n\nGood knowledge in root cause analysis and problem solving\n\nExcellent knowledge of product (e.g. turbo), it’s manufacturing processes and its application.\n\nBasic knowledge of FMEA\n\nAdvance PC operative systems know how\n\nBasic English language knowledge\n\nAbility to cooperate ina team and with other teams\n\nability to work under
