Working closely with Gartner Consulting leaders and leveraging Gartner’s proprietary research, benchmarks, and industry insights, you will help develop tailored, practical, and actionable solutions to address complex business and technology challenges.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSupport the delivery of high-impact consulting engagements across industries, contributing to the growth of Gartner’s IT Strategy offerings.\nContribute to go-to-market strategy, benchmarking, competitive landscape, sourcing strategy, and IT strategy engagements.\nConduct primary and secondary research using Gartner research, benchmarks, and external sources to identify market trends and generate actionable insights.\nGather, structure, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources.\nApply advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities - including complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and statistical analysis, to support consulting analyses.\nDevelop storyboards, exhibits, charts, reports, and executive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.\nMaintain a high level of accuracy, consistency, transparency, and quality across analyses and client deliverables.\nTranslate research and analytical findings into clear business implications and practical recommendations.\nCommunicate complex information in a concise, structured, and visually compelling manner to senior client stakeholders.\nCollaborate with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality client solutions.\nContribute to project coordination, quality assurance, knowledge sharing, and the development of team best practices.\nWhat you’ll need:\nBachelor's degree, ideally a Master's degree, preferably in business, management, computer science, or a related field.\n2-3 years of previous experience in Digital Business, IT Strategy / Operating Model or similar, ideally within the Consulting Industry\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work across diverse consulting topics and quickly develop knowledge of new industries, business models, technologies, and analytical approaches.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to work confidently with large and complex data sets.\nStrong Microsoft PowerPoint and executive communication skills, including the ability to create clear, compelling presentations and communicate insights through effective data storytelling.\nAbility to synthesize complex information, identify key messages, and communicate findings concisely to a range of stakeholders.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nWho are we?\nAt Gartner, Inc.
