About this role: This role supports the Digital IQ team in collecting high-quality data, investigating data-related issues, documenting findings, and contributing to continuous data quality improvements under the guidance of senior team members. The role requires a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the accuracy and quality of collected data. The ideal candidate will independently develop end-to-end data collection reports while collaborating with senior colleagues and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes. The individual will assess the overall health, completeness, and consistency of data from third-party and proprietary sources. What you will do: Accurately record observations, evidence, and notes in internal platforms following established validation rules. Identify and promptly flag website bugs, data errors, or usability concerns to research leads or managers for further action. Use available information resources to build understanding of data points and contribute to overall data quality improvement efforts.
