Focus will be both strategic and tactical reports that assist in growth of the business.\nWhat you’ll do:\nIn this role you will be part of the Systems team and work alongside another Data Analyst and report to the Director of Systems and Operations Director. You will be responsible for fulfilling the reporting, data analytics and dashboard needs of the business\nRetrieval and manipulation of data from spreadsheets, a data warehouse or database environment.\nBecome proficient in using CRM tools and systems to be able to design, develop and test enhancements to existing or new reports and dashboards.\nUpload, manage and maintain accurate system information e.g. territory alignments and leads\nProvide reports used for weekly, monthly or annual analysis to business leaders\nCollaborate with multiple stakeholders to define and execute on reporting needs\nRespond to data requests from leadership in a timely and efficient manner\nWhat you’ll need:\nBachelor’s degree essential, preferably a Business or Finance Discipline\n1-3 years of business experience in data analytics role\nPower BI advanced skills are required\nAdvanced Excel Skills are required\nSalesforce experience is preferred\nDetail-orientated with an unwavering commitment to pursue relevant and accurate data.
