This individual is responsible for communicating and responding to basic policy and procedure inquiries, benefits questions, and training matters. Additionally, the HR Associate will assist the HR partner team with data analysis, change management and talent management activities, organizational design and compensation initiatives, and management of projects. \nWhat you’ll do:\nProvide strong business unit partnership and general administrative support to the aligned HR partner teams and overall HR department.\nTakes initiative to respond to questions from associates regarding payroll, benefits, etc. in a timely manner and resolves routine problems.\nSupport and execute employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring accurate record management and a positive associate experience.\nProcess and maintain personnel transactions within the Workday, including hires, transfers, promotions, job changes, and terminations.\nMaintain employment records and personnel files in accordance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.\nDraft and maintain employment agreements, transfer letters, and other employment-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.\nAssist with associate separation processes, including exit documentation and timely completion of final settlement activities.\nProvides employment verification support and responds to requests for employment-related documentation.\nProcesses and analyzes HR data for reporting purposes.\nProvides project support for HR programs, initiatives, and change management activities.\nWhat you’ll need:\nBachelor's Degree\n1+ years of relevant experience in administrative/operations in Human Resources\nStrong understanding of HR processes and the ability to apply business rules.\nOutstanding customer service skills and sense of urgency in a services environment.\nExcellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential documentation.\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.\nHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with HRIS systems preferred (Workday).\nStrong report writing/data analysis skills and a solid understanding of HR and employee data.\nEffective research and project management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to work as part of a virtual team.\nDemonstrated initiative and a strong desire to learn, with the ability to quickly acquire new skills and responsibilities.\nWho you are:\nIndividual who always understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism.\nOutstanding ability to multi-task as well as excellent organizational skills.\nDemonstrate a desire to learn and take initiative.\nStrong analytical skills and reporting capability.\nWho are we?\nAt Gartner, Inc.
