You will be part of a scrum team, responsible for the full stack design, development and delivery of web applications and microservices, and for coordinating closely with the business.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOwn the design, development, testing and delivery of features end to end - from requirement discussion through to production support.\n\nLead and contribute to architecture and technical design discussions, and document and review detailed designs.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to review and analyzebusiness requirements and translate them into workable technical solutions.\n\nMake decisions independently on analytical problems and methods, including root cause analysis of production issues and preventive follow-up.\n\nPerform and participate in code reviews, peer inspections and design specification reviews, upholding coding and testing standards.\n\nActively participate in all Scrum ceremonies and take ownership of sprint commitments within a globally distributed team.\n\nMentor junior and mid-level engineers, and contribute to continual improvement of architecture, engineering practices and tooling.\n\nLearn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively across multiple platforms.\n\nWhat you’ll need:\nStrong IT professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in software development using Java technology. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high ownership and accountability.\nMust have:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience in software development.\n\n4+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated full stack ownership.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Java/J2EE and Spring/Spring Boot, including RESTful API and microservice development.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with React JS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTMLand CSS.\n\nRelational database experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL or equivalent), including schema design, SQL and query tuning.\n\nHands-on experience deploying and operating applications on AWS(API Gateway, Lambda, IAM).\n\nUnit and integration testing with JUnit, and a strong grasp of object-oriented design and design patterns.\n\nExperience with GIT and Agile/SCRUM delivery.\n\nExperience with Docker is a plus.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and drive them to resolution.\n\nWho you are:\nBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required.\nExcellent communication and prioritization skills.\nAble to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment.\nOwns success - Takes responsibility for the successful delivery of the solutions.\nStrong desire to improve upon their skills in software development, frameworks, and technologies.\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
