You will contribute to maintenance and development of test automation frameworks and leverage AI tools for testing deliverables. This role requires technical skills and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced Agile environment\nWhat you will do:\nAbility to code, unit test, execute functional testing, along with an ability to automate and create test automation scripts. Design, build, and maintain code and effective test automation solutions which meet requirements and specifications. (Smoke, Functional, Regression, etc.)\nDevelop and maintain quality assurance plans, test data, procedures, and scripts. \nLeverage AI-driven tools and techniques to strengthen both coding and manual and automated testing workflows - including AI-assisted coding and test case generation, intelligent test execution, and automated result and support the validation of internally built AI agents\nExposure to web technologies\nEnsure accurate and complete converges of code and designated test areas.\nWrite effective manual/automated test scripts within the framework of approved testing tools using documented requirements and technical specifications provided by project team\nProvide development and test status, document and fix defects and communicate potential risks\nUnderstand new product requirements and coordinate work across multiple project phases or complex assignments. \nDemonstrate attention to detail and the ability to balance development, quality, timelines, and resource constraints to deliver high-quality products. \nWhat you will need :\nStrong IT professional with 4-6 yrs of experience in testing applications via both manual and automated tests. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high level of ownership and accountability. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with good interpersonal skills.\nMust have:\n4-6 years’ experience in an IT or Business environment testing highly scalable applications with significant experience designing automation platforms and writing automated tests\nProficiency in coding and automating web applications across platforms using java or java-script and test automation tools and frameworks, including Selenium, TestNG and/or Playwright test framework.\nExperience with API and performance test tools, including an ability to customize the code for load test creation preferably with j-meter\nWell-versed in bitbucket/git Source control.\nExperience in writing SQL queries, procedures, and function.\nKnowledge of Salesforce platform and database validation using SOQL is an added advantage\nHands on experience writing and testing web services\nGood exposure to AI-driven or agentic programming and testing approaches leveraging multiple AI models\nExpertise in prompt engineering, including designing and optimizing prompts to effectively drive AI agents for coding, test generation, execution, and validation\nAble to independently support projects and work with various stakeholders\nWhat you are:\nBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required\nExcellent communication and prioritization skills.\nAble to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment.\nOwns success - Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions.\nStrong desire to improve upon their skills in software testing and technologies\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
