As the Video Producer, you'll sit at the intersection of Gartner's AI strategy, research and go-to-market efforts.\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage day-to-day production workflow to support daily podcast publishing schedule • Coordinate and set up virtual recording sessions for hosts and guests • Serve as technical producer during recordings, ensuring high-quality audio/video capture and troubleshooting issues in real time • Maintain recording equipment, software licenses, and production tools to ensure operational readiness\nEdit and produce video podcast episodes with same-day or rapid-turnaround publishing requirements • Mix, master, and optimize audio for consistent sound quality • Edit video podcast content and short-form clips for distribution • Manage file organization, storage, backups, and production asset libraries\nUpload and publish episodes across podcast hosting platforms and distribution channels (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, etc.) • Ensure episode metadata, titles, descriptions, show notes, transcripts, and supporting links are accurate and optimized • Maintain RSS feeds and troubleshoot distribution issues across platforms • Coordinate publishing schedules to ensure episodes are released on time\nMonitor podcast performance across channels • Maintain dashboards and provide regular reporting on downloads, engagement, audience growth, and listener behavior • Track operational metrics including turnaround times, publishing accuracy, and content production efficiency\nStay current on the evolving podcast landscape, including new production techniques, platform capabilities, and top-performing shows, bringing recommendations to improve content, distribution, and listener growth\nWhat You'll Have:\n5-8+ years of podcast, broadcast, digital media, or audio production experience \nAdvanced proficiency in professional audio editing software (Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Descript, Riverside, or similar) \nExperience managing virtual recording platforms and remote guest recordings \nStrong audio engineering, editing, mixing, and mastering capabilities \nExperience publishing content to podcast hosting and distribution platforms \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple episodes and deadlines simultaneously \nProven ability to deliver high-quality content under tight turnaround timelines \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills when working with executives, hosts, and external guests \nFamiliarity with podcast analytics, audience measurement, and reporting tools\nExperience producing daily news, business, technology, or corporate podcasts \nVideo podcast production and editing experience, including YouTube optimization \nExperience creating social media clips, audiograms, and promotional video assets \nFamiliarity with SEO best practices for discoverability \nExperience supporting executive communications, thought leadership, or analyst content \nKnowledge of AI-powered production tools and automated podcast workflows\nWho are we?\nAt Gartner, Inc. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
