Summary:\nThe Maintenance Engineer is responsible for developing and optimizing maintenance and reliability strategies, evaluating equipment performance, and providing technical engineering support to improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and asset integrity.\nExperience & Education:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering; mechanical engineering preferred.\nMinimum ten years of relevant maintenance, reliability, or asset management engineering experience\nExperience in operating facilities and developing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.\nKnowledge of equipment reliability, failure analysis, equipment criticality assessments, and maintenance planning\nExperience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as SAP or Maximo\nStrong technical analysis, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nDevelop, review, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, plans, and procedures for facility equipment and systems\nIndependently perform engineering evaluations, equipment criticality assessments, reliability studies, and failure analyses to develop and recommend technically sound corrective and preventive actions.\nAnalyze and interpret equipment performance data, maintenance history, and recurring failures to identify underlying issues and develop engineering recommendations that improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.\nProvide technical engineering support for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and plant improvement activities\nDevelop and review equipment maintenance requirements, job plans, spare parts recommendations, and associated technical documentation\nCollaborate with operations, maintenance, inspection, and engineering teams to implement maintenance and reliability improvements\nReview CMMS information for technical accuracy and support improvements to maintenance data, equipment hierarchies, and maintenance strategies\nSupport maintenance planning, commissioning or operations-readiness activities, and technical assessments as assigned\nPrepare technical findings, recommendations, and reports and communicate them to project teams, clients, and management\nPerform assigned work in accordance with applicable safety, quality, engineering, and company
