This role is responsible for evaluating complex process and facilities systems, resolving technical challenges, and providing guidance to ensure project objectives, operational efficiency, and safety requirements are met.\nExperience & Education:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering required, preferably in Chemical or Process Engineering; advanced degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.\nMinimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience, including 10 years in process and facilities engineering.\nProficiency in process simulation software (e.g., PRO/II, UniSim, HYSYS, Aspen Plus).\nExtensive process engineering experience in upstream, refining, or petrochemical operations.\nAdvanced knowledge of oil and gas facilities, process design, operations, and applicable industry codes and standards.\nExperience developing Operating Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nStrong knowledge of process safety design, engineering principles, and industry best practices.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment.\nSelf-motivated, organized, and able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams while meeting project deadlines.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nIndependently review and evaluate complex project designs, process systems, and engineering deliverables to ensure technical accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards.\nAnalyze and troubleshoot complex process engineering challenges, exercising independent judgment to develop and recommend effective technical solutions.\nUtilize process simulation software, including HYSYS, to evaluate system performance and identify opportunities for production optimization.\nProvide technical guidance and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure operational requirements align with project objectives and deliverables.\nDevelop and implement operational readiness plans for new projects and modifications, including assessments to identify potential risks and operational gaps.\nLead or provide technical support for Process Hazard Assessments, including HAZOPs, safety audits, and readiness reviews, recommending appropriate risk-mitigation measures.\nEvaluate process safety barriers and controls to provide risk-based assurance and ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations.\nDevelop and review technical documentation, engineering scopes, Operating Manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nDevelop and deliver technical training and provide guidance to less-experienced engineers and operational personnel on new systems and processes.\nPrepare detailed technical reports outlining engineering evaluations, operational readiness findings, risks, and recommendations.\nEnsure compliance with Company and Client HSE policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nPerform other work-related
