跨部门协作与需求管理\n与技术、法务、风控、运营等团队紧密协作，平衡合规要求与业务需求，推动合规性优化。\n独立撰写合规产品需求文档（PRD），并协调各方资源完成设计、开发与上线。\n5. 分站本地化与市场适配\n负责不同区域市场的分站产品规划与执行，依据当地合规要求进行产品调整与服务优化。\n与本地运营及市场团队紧密合作，了解用户需求与市场差异，推动本地化产品开发与落地。\n6. 合规性风险评估与监控\n参与平台业务的合规风险评估，制定合规性提升计划与应对策略。\n监控产品上线后的合规执行情况，确保持续符合各地区监管要求。\n 7. 合规数据与报告管理\n设计与优化合规数据监控与报告系统，确保数据准确及时，为管理层决策提供支持。\n定期向管理层汇报合规产品进展、问题与优化建议，提供专业合规支持。\n任职要求\n本科及以上学历，法律、金融、计算机、国际贸易等相关专业优先。\n2年以上互联网产品管理经验，至少1年以上合规或分站产品管理经验。\n熟悉数字货币行业，了解交易平台运营合规性要求及相关法规（如AML、KYC、数据保护等）。\n具备较强的合规风险意识，能主动识别并解决产品中的合规问题。\n熟悉产品全生命周期管理，能独立撰写PRD并推动产品落地。\n具备良好的跨部门沟通与协作能力，能与法务、风控、技术、运营团队紧密合作。\n英文能力优秀者优先。","description_format":"text","description_chars":878,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":1,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Chinese","level":"Advanced
