Submits any changes as a result of review process.\nCross trains other unit employees on all ERP related functions associated with the purchasing\nAssists Unit Buyer in other Related Purchasing Tasks as assigned\nEnsures forecast is run weekly and verify accuracy of data - includes flight schedule changes and menu cycle changes\nAssists ERP receiver with daily entry of materials transfers in ERP system based off completed requisitions.\nSubmits all ROH Material Request for new and extended material\nMonitors JIRA for sourcing request\nIn the non-hub units, the role also performs the following responsibilitiesEnsures that all areas are submitting waste and deviation logs on a daily basis. \nEnters this into the system and reporting the financial impact on a weekly basis to management.
