The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nMAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nApplication Support and Maintenance\nProvide operational support for regional business applications, ensuring availability, stability, and performance. Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve incidents and implement changes in line with established standards and SLAs.\nBusiness Process Analysis\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Analyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.\nRequirements Management\nGather, document, and validate business requirements. Ensure alignment between user needs, technical capabilities, and global IT standards. Support IT development teams in implementing and testing agreed solutions.\nData Management and Reporting\nMonitor and maintain data accuracy within regional applications. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support informed business decision-making and ensure data integrity across systems.\nTesting and Quality Assurance\nPrepare and execute test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate that implemented solutions meet defined requirements and quality expectations.\nUser Training and Documentation\nDevelop and maintain user guides, process documentation, and knowledge base materials. Provide training and day-to-day support to end users to ensure effective system adoption and utilization.\nProject Participation and Coordination\nSupport application-related projects by assisting with requirements gathering, testing, and implementation activities. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.\nContinuous Improvement\nStay informed about emerging technologies and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance application performance, usability, and process efficiency.\nREQUIRED CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES\nEducation\n- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n- Certifications such as ITIL, Business Analysis (CBAP), or Project Management (PMP/Prince2) are advantageous.\nWork Experience\n- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT application support, business analysis, or related roles.\n- Experience in managing or supporting regional or local business applications.\n- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into IT solutions.\n- Experience with data management, reporting tools, and process documentation.\n- Exposure to project environments and familiarity with change management processes.\nTechnical Skills\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\n- Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.\n- Understanding of project management principles and practices, including planning, coordination, and delivery tracking.\n- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.\n- Familiarity with reporting tools, data analysis, and application support practices is desirable.\n- Fluent in English (written and verbal);
