Long term will be a part of Datamatics function)\nManages unit’s PO’s system within ERP to ensure all are accounted.\nActs as the backup in the daily inventory back flush process as needed.\nWorks with the physical inventory team to ensure accurate and timely entry of physical inventory data.\nAssists ERP coordinator with daily entry of materials transfers in ERP system based off completed requisitions.\nIn the non-hub units, the role also performs the following responsibilities:Acts as the unit's liaison with Datamatics to answer any questions on the unit’s behalf.\nOrganizes and prepare (based of requirements) unit invoices to Datamatics as per company policy.\nReviews daily accounts payable error reports for electronic invoicing vendors and action any issues as required.\nEnd of month duties include accounting for the unit’s expenses using the tools available.\n\nQualifications\nEducation:\nHigh School graduate or GED required\nWork Experience:\n 2-5 years clerical or data entry experience required \nTechnical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)\nBasic computer skills\nBasic understanding of PO’s, bill of laden paperwork and ability to understand customer paperwork\nGood verbal, written communication skills\nSelf-starter with good attention to detail and excellent organization skills.\nStrong math skills.\nGood problem solving skills\nLanguage / Communication Skills:\nExcellent oral and written communication skills. \nAbility to communicate with multiple employees in a fast paced environment\nJob Dimensions\nGeographic Responsibility: Operation Unit\nType of Employment: Full time\nTravel %: 10%\nExemption Classification: Non-exempt\nInternal Relationships: finance department, storeroom clerk, buyer\nExternal Relationships: vendor, supplier\nWork Environment / Requirements of the Job: Normal office environment, may be required to be on the Operations floor\nBudget / Revenue Responsibility: (Local Currency) N/A\nOrganization Structure\nDirect Line Manager (Title): Varies by unit\nDotted Line Manager (Title, if applicable): 0\nNumber of Direct Reports: 0\nNumber of Dotted Line Reports: 0\nEstimated Total Size of Team: 1\ngategroup Competencies Required to be Successful in the Job:\nThinking - Information Search and analysis & problem resolution skills\nEngaging - Understanding others, Team Leadership and Developing People\nInspiring - Influencing and building relationships, Motivating and Inspiring, Communicating effectively\nAchieving - Delivering business results under pressure, Championing Performance Improvement and Customer Focus\nDemonstrated Values to be Successful in the Position\nEmployees at gategroup are expected to live our Values of Excellence, Integrity, Passion and Accountability.
