Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, process, metallurgical, project, and technical disciplines. Serve as a key client interface throughout project execution, building trusted relationships and ensuring successful outcomes. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies. Coordinate technical inputs across internal teams and external partners. Manage project risks, opportunities, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee study delivery, technical reviews, reporting, and client presentations. Support proposal development, project planning, and opportunity evaluation as new work enters the pipeline. Contribute to the growth and development of the regional engineering and project services business. Work closely with leadership to strengthen project delivery capability and establish scalable engineering processes.\nRequirements Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 10+ years of experience in engineering, project delivery, EPCM, consulting, mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial environments. Demonstrated experience managing engineering studies and technical project delivery from initiation through completion. Strong understanding of project development processes, study execution, and engineering workflows. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating technical deliverables. Proven ability to work directly with clients and manage stakeholder relationships. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets, schedules, and risk management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Experience within mining, mineral processing, bulk materials handling, or heavy industrial sectors. Background in process engineering, metallurgical engineering, or project engineering. Experience leading Preliminary Economic Assessments (PEA), Preliminary Feasibility Studies (PFS), Feasibility Studies (FS), or equivalent engineering studies. Experience within engineering consulting or EPCM organizations.
