That means one source of truth every team relies on, and analysts embedded with the business who find the opportunities, gaps and fixes that move company KPIs. You will build and run an A-player analytics team and operating rhythm that delivers this independently, so leadership can make faster, evidence-based decisions. You will sit inside the company's planning cycle, own how performance is measured and explained, and set the data-backed priorities for each function. Gathern is a Saudi alternative accommodation marketplace, connecting guests and hosts in line with Vision 2030.\nRequirements\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:\nKPI framework\nDesign and maintain a connected KPI tree: North Star, then primary and secondary KPIs for each function.\nGive every KPI one owner, one certified definition and a clear link to the KPI above it.\nPlanning and simulation\nOwn the analytical side of the annual and quarterly planning cycle.\nBuild driver-based models that simulate targets and check that function targets add up to company targets.\nRun scenarios for leadership and Finance, and defend the assumptions.\nPerformance reporting\nOwn the monthly and quarterly performance reports.\nExplain every material miss or beat with its real drivers and a recommended action.\nData-backed priorities\nSet the top data-backed focus areas for each function every quarter.\nTrack which recommendations are adopted and measure their impact on KPIs.\nDesign experiments and post-launch measurement for key initiatives.\nSingle source of truth\nEnforce certified metrics, definition control and dashboard hygiene across the company.\nEnsure leadership forums use only certified numbers.\nTeam and operating system\nHire, coach and grow the analyst team;
