freelance, or personal project experience in product design is required.\nFamiliarity with designing digital experiences for web or mobile platforms.\nBasic understanding of user research and usability testing methods.\nAbility to collaborate, receive feedback, and work with cross-functional teams.\nFamiliarity with design systems, reusable components, and common design tools.\nA portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem solving, and visual design
