programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. \nExhibit effective customer service skills by consistently communicating with staff and customers to ensure customer satisfaction. \nComplete Service Acknowledgements on company software through communication devices such as smart phones and laptop computers. \nObtain customer signature upon completed service call assignment. \nAvailable for on-call emergency service. \nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nKnowledge of test equipment, multi-meter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices. \nAbility to follow verbal and written instructions. \nAble to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high aerial lift equipment up to 40 feet, etc. \nAbility to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements. \nDemonstrate a high level of customer service. \nMaintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs. \nAbility to adhere to, implement, and always follow safety guidelines and procedures. \nStrong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly. \nCapable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs. \nPossess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements. \n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nCERTIFICATION: BICSI
