The position is hands-on and focuses on execution, quality, and user support rather than personnel or team leadership. \nEssential Duties & Responsibilities: \nBIM Standards & Quality: \nMaintain and update BIM standards, templates, families, and libraries. \nEnsure models and documentation follow established guidelines and regulatory requirements. \nPerform periodic quality checks on project models and digital deliverables. \nSupport file management, plotting standards, and digital submission requirements. \nProject Support: \nAssist project teams with model setup, modeling tasks, and documentation needs. \nSupport the development of plans, elevations, sections, and details within Revit. \nParticipate in project kickoff meetings to identify BIM requirements and setup needs. \nCreate or modify Revit families and content based on project demands. \nTraining & User Support: \nProvide training and technical assistance to BIM users at varying skill levels. \nSupport onboarding of new staff on BIM tools and standards. \nConduct internal coordination sessions to address common issues and reinforce best practices. \nTroubleshoot BIM-related questions and software issues. \nTechnology & Tools: \nMaintain Revit software installations, updates, and configurations in coordination with IT. \nManage plug-ins, add-ins, and supporting BIM tools. \nQualifications: \nEducation & Experience: \nAssociate’s degree, technical training, or equivalent experience. \nMinimum 6 years of AEC industry experience, including 3+ years in an architecture or engineering environment. \nTechnical Skills: \nAdvanced proficiency in Revit (2020 or newer). \nExperience with Navisworks, Revisto, and other 3D software. \nExperience with collaboration platforms such as ACC, Newforma, or Bluebeam. \nWorking knowledge of Microsoft platforms and basic network environments. \nFamiliarity with Dynamo, Python, or other BIM-related scripting tools is a plus. \nCompetencies: \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. \nEffective communication and ability to support users tactfully. \nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. \nProblem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and
