design criteria, and project requirements.\n\nOptimize designs for fabrication efficiency and cost effectiveness.\n\nSupport detailing and project teams with technical clarifications.\n\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments.\n\nRequirements\n\nPosition Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.\n\nStructural Design Engineer: 3–5 years of experience.\n\nSenior Structural Design Engineer: 5–7 years of experience.\n\nExperience in the Steel Fabrication Industry is mandatory.\n\nStrong experience in structural steel design and connection design.\n\nProficiency in STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, IDEA StatiCa, or similar software.\n\nGood understanding of AISC, ASCE, IBC, and international steel design codes.\n\nExperience reviewing
