Обязанности:

- ведение претензионно-исковой работы;

- взаимодействие со службой судебных приставов;

- ведение договорной работы - подготовка дополнительных соглашений к договорам;

- подготовка ответов на заявления, претензии и жалобы в адрес Общества;

- представительство интересов предприятия в суде.

Требования:

- оконченное высшее юридическое образование;

- опыт претензионно-исковой, договорной работы.

- уверенный пользователь ПК.

Условия:

  • трудоустройство согласно ТК РФ;
  • пятидневная рабочая неделя с 8.00 до 17.15, пятница до 16.00;
  • рабочее место г. Первоуральск
  • своевременная выплата заработной платы (2 раза в месяц);
