Чем предстоит заниматься:
- Участие в формировании Портфеля технологических проектов ДО.
- Реализация технологических проектов ДО с целью последующего тиражирования и коммерциализации продуктов.
- Защита результатов реализации технологических проектов ДО (вне Тех. стратегии БРД) на Комитете по импортозамещению и технологическому развитию.
- Осуществление скаутинга новых решений для применения на объектах Общества, сопровождение работы команд тех. проектов, участие в управляющих комитета.
- Осуществляет внедрение современных технологий и лучших практик в области технологического развития.
- Отвечает за процесс анализа текущего портфеля доступных технологий (в т.ч. проекты департамента технологического развития), описания и согласовании технологического заказа.
- Организация процесса определения технологического потенциала активов.
- Тиражирование и реализация проектов ДТР в рамках ДО.
Ожидаем от кандидата:
- Высшее техническое образование.
- Знание принципов и стадий создания и разработки нового оборудования (НИОКР).
- Знание техник и технологий, используемых в нефтедобывающей отрасли.
- Навыки проектного управления.
- Навыки формирования презентационных материалов.
